A Brief Note on GBUS

GBUS is a non-Government, non-Political and non-profit organization working in the field of sustainable human development and environment generation in a broad spectrum. A group of educated and dedicated young people formed the organization in 2007 inspired by volunteerism. Almost Four years later it was registered with the Department of Social Welfare in 2011. NGO Affairs Bureau 2015 & Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) in 2017. The organization has so far been proved as an important institution for the people of its working area in general and for the disadvantaged population in particular.

Microcredit Empowerment

GBUS believes in fostering economic independence. Through our microcredit programs, we provide financial support and training to aspiring entrepreneurs, helping them establish and grow their ventures.

Education for All

We are committed to eradicating illiteracy. Our non-formal education programs reach over 1000 children, offering a pathway to education for those who might otherwise be left behind.

Health & Hygiene

GBUS prioritizes community health. From awareness campaigns to preventive measures, our programs touch the lives of over 5000 individuals, promoting a healthier and more resilient society.

Environmental projects

With a focus on sustainability, GBUS is actively involved in social forestry and environmental projects. Over 10,000 trees have been planted, contributing to a greener and more eco-friendly community.
