1. Sustainable Development

• Enhancing people's participation in sustainable development processes.
• Building people's organizations for sustaining development and activating deprived women.

2. Education and Literacy

• Eradicating illiteracy through Non-Formal Education (NFE) programs for underprivileged children and adults.

3. Environmental Generation

• Promoting environment generation through social mobilization, social afforestation, and nursery development.

4. Health and Hygiene

• Ensuring and promoting health and hygiene through awareness activities, HIV/AIDS prevention, and eradication of malnutrition.

5. Empowerment and Rights

• Empowering deprived and abandoned women through awareness, skill development training, and micro-credit support.

6. Disaster Response

• Responding to distressed people caused by natural calamities through disaster preparedness and management support services.

Structure and Governance

• General Body: Comprising 21 members.
• Executive Committee: A 7-member body overseeing policy formulation and decision-making.
• Advisory Council: Providing counseling support for the greater benefit of the organization and its target population.

Achievements and Recognition

• Registered: Under Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration & Control) Ordinance 1961.
• Affiliated: With NGO Affairs Bureau and Microcredit Regulatory Authority.

Current Reach and Impact

• Working Locations: Shajahanpur, Bogura.
• Beneficiaries: Rural and urban poor, disadvantaged men, women, youth, and children.
